Mike is an exceptional teacher, his patient and detail oriented approach to technical skills lays a strong foundation, he then challenges and encourage students to develop the necessary problem solving skills to excel in the field. Most importantly Mikes approach develops confidence in your abilities to perform technical task and apply those skills in a dynamic environment.. What makes Mikes approach unique is his ability to maintain a strict adherence to the fundamentals balanced with strong problem solving and adaptability. I came back from a week in the desert a much stronger team member and have shared much of what I learned with my team.
